    This is a rad tattoo shop. There are several artists available and they can design something for you or you can bring something in that you already love. They have FREE consultations and charges start at about a hundred an hour. There are also two artists that give back to the community via their art efforts. Billy and Justin. Check out their events at the Cardiff Library. Half the proceeds go to the Art Department at San Dieguito High.
