Trilogy Sanctuary is such an exquisite spot. trilogysanctuary.com The name of this place really does describe its atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome and there are fresh plants at the entry... succulents, herbs and other beautiful flowers. If you go in the evening for Open Mic, candles are lit at the entry way and you can hear the performers after just stepping off of the elevator. There is seating everywhere, but make sure you get there early so you can grab a comfy seat. Don't worry if you don't though, since people just sit around anywhere which actually adds to the welcoming energy there. Its beautiful and relaxed at the same time and on the rooftop which makes it even more unique. It's a great place to go after a long day to relax and hear very talented local artists while grabbing some healthy food or even a smoothie like I did last Thursday. I had the pleasure of having "the pleasure." I was very impressed with the flavor and texture. It was a bit more on the decadent side for me, but I decided to splurge. I will definitely be exploring more of their menu options in the future. When I heard about this place initially, I was told it was a destination spot and needed to be added to my circle of favorites for simply the food alone. They have an award winning menu and followers who go there know the quality is superb. They are known for everything they do at this place. People travel from far and wide to be involved in their events and to enjoy their amazing food. Yummy! I usually go for a fruit smoothie, but this one with peanut butter, almond milk, hemp seeds, banana and Cacao was calling my name last Thursday. "Pleasure" is a very good name to describe this smoothie and it wasn't overly sweet. It was rich and filling and I loved the hemp seed addition to the mix.
